Please include: your agency/organization and point of contact, technical specifications or a bill of materials, quantities, delivery location, required delivery date, and any installation, warranty, software, security, or support requirements.

  • Quote validity: each Manutek quote will state its validity period; qualifying orders submitted within that period are subject to the terms stated in the quote.
  • Contract availability: quote responses will cover products and services available under Manutek's SEWP VI contract and applicable ordering rules.
  • No-bid: if Manutek cannot fully respond to an RFQ, it will advise the customer accordingly; partial quotes will be provided only where the RFQ permits them.
  • Privacy: Manutek uses business information provided for the purpose of reviewing and responding to quote requests.

Ordering process

From requirement to delivery order.

  1. The customer defines the requirement. Identify the need and prepare the purchase request and supporting specifications.
  2. Obtain Fair-Opportunity quotes. Request quotes, normally through NASA's SEWP Quote Request Tool, in accordance with agency procedures.
  3. Evaluate responses. The ordering agency evaluates submissions and documents its selection and price-reasonableness rationale.
  4. The ordering agency issues the delivery order. The agency, not NASA SEWP, issues the delivery order against the contract.
  5. NASA SEWP processes the order. The SEWP Program Management Office reviews, processes, tracks, and forwards the order to the Contract Holder.
  6. Route modifications through the SEWP PMO. Order modifications must also be routed through the NASA SEWP Program Management Office.
Warranty & support

Installation, warranty, and post-delivery support.

Manutek Inc. honors standard original equipment manufacturer (OEM) warranty terms on all products, with extended warranty options available at the time of quote. Product and software maintenance is billed consistently with applicable SEWP VI contract terms.
